services/ without notice or penalty to

Payment
Policies
All the
payment due (which are payable) to Mansoft
Creations shall be done to the maximum of
15 days, if it takes longer time please
immediately inform our sales and
billing department,
No interest will be payable to anybody
before giving such notice.
All the
amount due (which are receivable) to
Mansoft Creations from others should be
paid within 15 days otherwise a interest
of 24% would be chargeable after giving
notice to the person concerned.
If any
customer, whose domain name is registered
and hosting account is setup for web
designing purpose and thereby website is
uploaded, if default is made in payment of
whole of Invoice after giving appropriate
notice, notwithstanding domain name is
first registered in name of customer the
rights and ownership of domain shall
completely vest on Mansoft Creations.
INDEMNITY to Mansoft Creations
You agree
to indemnify and hold Mansoft Creations,
and its subsidiaries, affiliates,
officers, agents, co-branders or other
partners, and employees, harmless from any
claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, made by any third party
due to or arising out of Content you
uploaded, submit, post, transmit or make
available through the Service, your use of
the Service, your connection to the
Service, your violation of any rights of
another

property of others, and we ask others to

believe that your work has been copied in

agree to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts located in
Jaipur (Rajasthan) India as regards any
claims or matters arising under or in

RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE
USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR
RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY
PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR
OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY
YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR
EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE
SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

discretion to:

not limited to, your violation of any

Policy. Mansoft Creations right to
remove inappropriate content under this
Policy shall not place an obligation on
Mansoft Creations to monitor or exert
editorial control over the content of
your account.
